As an overseas expat, the team has and continues to handle my account with zero problems, no matter whom I contact, there has always been seamless continuity in handling of my affairs, their document handling and signature software/system makes life very simple especially if you spend most of your life living out of a suitcase, would thoroughly recommend them.
The team at Tax Savers are very approachable and always found Heather , Lisa and Alice very helpful. I have found the knowledge is second to none ,and they always have taken the time to help me understand the complex issue of tax, in a way that I can understand . They have also given me advice on future planning of my business regarding tax issues, as well as tax on rental property.. I am currently going through a house purchase separate to my business and again they have assisted with this , efficiently and without delays ...I would highly recommend Tax Savers, after trying other accountants , I have now been with them for a number of years and honestly feel I have a team that guide and work with my business , that I have only ever had positive experiences. Initially very impressive and helpful. Unfortunately however, obvious mistakes were made on my accounts by Lisa and when these were asked to be corrected they still weren't. Upon mentioning my disappointment to Heather, it took nearly a month (and some prompting) to get an unsatisfactory, unhelpful response - which resulted in me finding a new accountant. Heather is very good at the sales pitch and signing up new customers - and I initially recommended her services to many people. However, I feel the mark of a good company is how they deal with problems and customer issues - which is not very well at Tax Savers.
