Extremely slow service .. food was nothing special. Very small portions, Cookie on the sharing platter dessert tasted stale. Not the greatest vaule overall.
From someone living in London this place is tremendous value for money. Stopped here on the way home from Wales. Food portions are awesome! (had the trio of meat Sunday roast). The pub and atmosphere was impressive too. All in all - good find!
Food and service were excellent and it wasn't very expensive. As a group of 4 adults, 1 toddler and 1 baby we were made to feel very welcome. Would recommend.
Amazing food for all dietary needs. Generous portions even for the kids. Friendly staff. It does get busy so book ahead early. One star down as they had locked their disabled toilet which meant we had no where to change the baby.
Excellent local pub, not part of a chain. Beautifully maintained Georgian building with tables arranged in different rooms. Food is very good and service was quick considering we were there on a Friday in December with several Christmas parties taking place. Will definitely return on another occasion.
